CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice during business hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed outside of this window will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals I always do my best to accommodate late arrivals; however, arriving late may result in a shortened service to ensure I stay on schedule for all clients. After 15 minutes with no contact it’ll be considered a no-show. Please note: these policies are in place to respect everyone’s time and to protect both the client and the stylist, helping ensure a smooth, positive experience for all.
